A neighbourhood florist with a loyal street and no name anyone could remember. We gave the shop a name, a mark, a voice, and wrapping paper people keep after the flowers are gone.

The brief

What the client asked for, in their words, and what they actually needed, in ours. Two or three sentences: the problem, the audience, the one thing that had to change. If there was a constraint (a budget, a deadline, a location), it goes here too, because constraints are half the story.

The idea

The single thought the whole piece hangs on, said plainly. Then how it showed up in the work: the frame, the cut, the name, the box. A good idea survives being explained in one breath; if it needs a second breath, we keep editing.

The best brand books are short. This one fits on the back of the wrapping paper.

The making of

The craft notes people actually enjoy: the lens we chose and why, the shot that almost didn’t happen, the version we threw away. Keep it short and specific. Readers come for the work and stay for the honesty.

What happened next

Editor’s note Real results go here: what changed for the client, in their words or in numbers they have approved. No invented figures, no borrowed awards.
